The holdings of the Humanist Library of Ireland consist of material on the philosophy, ethics and history of Humanism; theory and nature of knowledge, ethics, morals, and human rights; psychology as it pertains to the human condition of religion and mysticism; history of science and the scientific method; evolution; history and analysis of the conflict between science/religion and church/state. A special section is devoted to the history of religion and secularism in Ireland.
